Requirements
- Must hold an active independent mental health license (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC) specifically for South Carolina.
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
- Demonstrated interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack).
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care.
- Ability to provide 15-25+ hours of weekly availability.
- Telehealth experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized mental health therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth.
- Build and maintain a consistent caseload of 15-25+ clients depending on employment status.
- Utilize evidence-based clinical modalities to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences.
- Collaborate within a neurodiversity-affirming clinical community to ensure high-quality care.
- Document clinical sessions and maintain client records within the company EHR system.
