Requirements
- Active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a strong passion for serving this population.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Strong clinical judgment skills.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
- Availability during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM EST).
- Ability to provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
- Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within the EHR.
- Support families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care.
