Requirements
- Active license and in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington.
- 2+ years of active and unrestricted licensure.
- Clinical experience with adults (18+).
- Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress.
- At least six months of teletherapy experience.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to maintain a caseload of ~25 attended sessions per week.
- Commitment to completing, signing, and locking documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
- Willingness to obtain cross-licensure in other states.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a caseload of ongoing therapy sessions per week and conduct assessments for new clients.
- Utilize measurement-based care tools to drive effective treatment and adjust clinical approaches based on client progress.
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate.
- Participate in weekly case consultation, monthly wellness groups, and professional development activities.
