Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of primary residence.
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in Arizona.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency required.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet.
- Ability to perform prolonged sitting and use computer equipment effectively.
- Patient-first mindset.
- Commitment to evidence-based clinical practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling via telemedicine to patients of Community Health Center partners.
- Implement treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma therapy in individual and group settings.
- Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Maintain clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct crisis intervention based on patient safety plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team case planning and supervision.
- Provide case management services to support recovery and community reintegration.
