Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in Iowa.
- Bilingual proficiency.
- Willingness to work primarily with pediatric patients.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Ability to maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet.
- Patient-first mindset.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and compliance.
- Willingness to obtain additional licensure if required.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy modalities including CBT, DBT, and trauma therapy in individual and group settings.
- Perform clinical documentation including psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
- Conduct crisis intervention based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in regular multidisciplinary case planning meetings.
- Engage in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional development training.
- Provide case management services to support recovery and community reintegration.
