Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of primary residence.
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in Arizona or Oregon (or willingness to obtain).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated experience with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused therapy.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connectivity and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Patient-first mindset with a commitment to high-quality care.
- Ability to use computer equipment for virtual meetings and clinical documentation.
- Compliance with company background check and drug screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapy modalities including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, and Addiction Therapy.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to engage patients in treatment plans.
- Review and sign patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
- Maintain clinical records and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and legal standards.
- Conduct crisis interventions based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team case planning and supervision.
- Provide case management services to support patient recovery and reintegration.
