Requirements
- Active, unrestricted behavioral health license in California (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT).
- Bilingual fluency.
- Trained or certified in evidence-based trauma modalities (e.g., TF-CBT, EMDR, Brain Spotting, CPT, IFS, or Somatic-Based Approaches).
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and maintaining electronic health records.
- Experience in crisis intervention and treatment planning.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote clinical environment.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for virtual care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
- Review and sign off on psychosocial assessments, clinical diagnoses, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
- Document all services and patient activities in compliance with clinical, regulatory, and legal standards.
- Conduct crisis intervention based on individual patient safety plans.
- Participate in regular case planning with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate care.
- Provide case management services to support patient recovery and community reintegration.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and professional education to maintain clinical competency.
