Requirements
- Active Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT (independent licensure).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
- Comfort with technology and virtual clinical platforms.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intakes and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy through secure telehealth.
- Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide family education and care coordination.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
- Deliver culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs.
