Requirements

  • Accredited professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or American Institute of Architects (AIA) accreditation required.
  • 9+ years of experience participating in and leading large-scale commercial/industrial development or design projects.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience overseeing construction activities in the field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, REVIT, GIS, and Bluebeam Revu.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and integrated design guidelines.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for project sites or company gatherings.
  • Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively to senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, and manage architectural and engineering consultants across civil, geotechnical, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to drive cohesive data center building designs.
  • Provide on-site field support during construction to ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Support the preparation of construction documents, drawings, and scopes of work.
  • Review contractor submittals and RFIs for quality control.
  • Interface with permitting agencies and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for complex approvals.
  • Assist the site origination team with technical infrastructure reviews.
