Requirements
- Accredited professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or American Institute of Architects (AIA) accreditation required.
- 9+ years of experience participating in and leading large-scale commercial/industrial development or design projects.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience overseeing construction activities in the field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, REVIT, GIS, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures.
- Knowledge of sustainability and integrated design guidelines.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for project sites or company gatherings.
- Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively to senior leaders and executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and manage architectural and engineering consultants across civil, geotechnical, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to drive cohesive data center building designs.
- Provide on-site field support during construction to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Support the preparation of construction documents, drawings, and scopes of work.
- Review contractor submittals and RFIs for quality control.
- Interface with permitting agencies and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for complex approvals.
- Assist the site origination team with technical infrastructure reviews.
