Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline, or two years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in the field.
- Knowledge of MEP, FA, and FP trades.
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, business management principles, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Skilled in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, delegation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time to client sites and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Drive project design from inception through design and construction.
- Manage and monitor project schedules, budgets, and financial profitability.
- Represent the firm at site visits, client meetings, and project kickoffs.
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals and oversee project closeout processes.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead marketing and business development efforts to foster long-term client relationships.
