- Advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, NP, PA).
- MSL: Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 3+ years of Medical Affairs experience.
- Senior MSL: Doctorate degree with 2+ years or Master's degree with 6+ years of Medical Affairs experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial design, clinical development, and Medical Affairs functions.
- Experience in cell therapy, immunology, rheumatology, or similar specialties is strongly preferred.
- Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 50–70% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, and treatment centers.
- Provide accurate and compliant scientific exchange on autoimmune diseases, cell therapy, and clinical data.
- Serve as a scientific resource for investigators supporting clinical research collaborations.
- Develop and execute territory-specific Medical Affairs and KOL engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support trial awareness, enrollment, and site identification.
- Capture and communicate medical insights to inform organizational strategy.
- Represent the organization at congresses, advisory boards, and medical education forums.
