Requirements
- Ability to work a 10 PM–8 AM shift local time.
- Technical knowledge sufficient to speak credibly with IT professionals, DevOps/SRE, and data engineers.
- Strong ownership mindset with experience in tracking and driving performance metrics.
- Excellent facilitation and coordination skills for managing cohorts and expert resources.
- Understanding of cloud and AI career pathways.
- Ability to monitor and act on student KPIs such as placement rates and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own a cohort of students end-to-end, including their progress, targets, and final placement or upskilling outcome.
- Run regular group sessions and check-ins, facilitating engagement and momentum.
- Identify student needs and coordinate access to technical experts or career strategists when required.
- Track and drive student progress against weekly and monthly targets and placement guarantee conditions.
- Maintain credibility in technical conversations regarding cloud, DevOps, and AI career paths.
- Escalate to specialists as needed without relinquishing ownership of the student's overall success.
