- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience influencing decisions and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
Responsibilities
- Shape CATF's approach to data, artificial intelligence, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Partner with leaders and teams to translate organizational needs into practical, scalable solutions.
- Build and advance a prioritized portfolio of initiatives based on organizational value, feasibility, and outcomes.
- Strengthen the use of metrics, reporting, and insights to support planning and continuous improvement.
- Develop recommendations and governance approaches that support the ethical, secure, and effective use of AI and data.
- Drive adoption through communications, training, facilitation, and engagement strategies.
- Build staff capability, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a culture of experimentation.
