Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, channel sales, or enterprise technology GTM leadership.
- Proven track record of building revenue-growth strategies and converting partner strategy into measurable field results.
- Experience working with VMware/Broadcom ecosystem, enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, or security.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate data-driven updates to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align teams with different priorities.
- Experience supporting multi-country sales or partner motions, particularly across Europe.
- Analytical and financial acumen including comfort with pipeline, margin, rebates, and performance reporting.
- Excellent project and program management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual and quarterly GTM strategy for the VMware by Broadcom partnership to support revenue growth from $700M to $1B+.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Broadcom sales leadership and regional stakeholders.
- Identify strategic revenue opportunities and develop execution models for priority lines of business like ANS.
- Drive international growth strategies with a focus on Europe and coordinate with in-country alliance resources.
- Partner with sales teams to support the largest and most strategic opportunities each quarter.
- Collaborate across sales, technical leadership, marketing, and operations to ensure execution of joint initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly performance updates to executive leadership.
- Prioritize partnership activities based on revenue impact and strategic importance.
