Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business, engineering, or operations with increasing progression and complexity.
- Proven experience with financial management, including the relationship between sales, margin, and Orders Entered.
- Ability to generate financial plans and positively influence margin/EBITDA.
- Proficiency in conceptual selling methodologies.
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically D365.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales processes using conceptual selling to win business.
- Monitor financial performance parameters including forecasting, Orders Entered (OE), Sales, EBITDA, and Margin as sold (MAS).
- Manage customer relationships and act as the internal Voice of the Customer.
- Identify business opportunities and maintain them in D365 for planning purposes.
- Manage partnerships to ensure productive and harmonious relationships.
- Collaborate with Fuel Solutions Managers to identify unique products and engineering solutions.
- Develop account and capture plans for specific fuel and component offerings.
- Establish target pricing, value propositions, and cost structures.
