Requirements
- 3+ years operating at the Principal or equivalent senior IC level in a Product Management role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional command of written and verbal English.
- Deep understanding of the consulting mindset working with executive partners.
- Demonstrated ability to form and articulate informed, evidence-based opinions on industry trends.
- Proven experience owning long-term product vision and strategy across a portfolio.
- Strong command of user-centered design, agile delivery, and continuous discovery.
- Track record of mentoring and elevating less experienced product practitioners.
- Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority.
- Experience contributing to business development, proposals, or practice growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy for distributed teams supporting CMS federal agency programs.
- Set long-term product vision and shape strategy in partnership with executive stakeholders.
- Translate high-level goals into roadmaps that drive meaningful client and community outcomes.
- Mentor product staff and represent the company's product philosophy.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and support business development initiatives.
- Partner with senior product leaders to elevate the product management practice.
