Requirements
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to analyze multiple information streams concurrently and make time-sensitive decisions.
- Excellent time management and reliability with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Deep understanding of DFS and sports gaming industries.
- Thorough knowledge of college and major sports league players, teams, and matchups.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work nights and weekends to align with the sports schedule.
- Comfort applying Standard Operating Procedures across diverse sports.
- Adaptability to different trading philosophies and company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (statistics, computer science, engineering, analytics, finance, accounting) preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in DFS or sports gaming preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate pre-game and in-game player projections for all markets including NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, CBB, and CFB.
- Monitor player projections throughout the day and track key information impacting those projections.
- Manage risk and monitor projections utilizing modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Understand PrizePicks members' play patterns and adjust internal processes accordingly.
- Work with sport owners to implement strategies, best practices, and processes around key markets.
- Help set up standard operating procedures around PrizePicks game operations tasks.
