Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 1+ years in a finance, accounting or highly analytical position
- Experience in healthcare or insurance industry
- Experience in a highly regulated business environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate results of analytics to diverse groups
- Self-motivated team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection (cable broadband or fiber optic, at least 10Mbps down/5Mbps up)
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and respond to pharmacy pricing appeals
- Review and respond to Department of Insurance complaints
- Monitor external-facing email to provide guidance and answer questions
- Communicate externally to pharmacies and state Departments of Insurance
- Assist with ad-hoc data outputs related to claims, pharmacy appeals, and DOI complaints
- Conduct audits to ensure data controls are maintained
