Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or 1 year related experience per 1 year education).
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT or software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC phases (design, testing, delivery).
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation (use cases, design documents, test plans, and test scripts).
- Experience with data analysis, validation, and ETL/data mapping.
- Experience with project planning, managing timelines, and tracking risks/dependencies.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Power BI and SQL.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and delivery.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define system requirements and inform solution design.
- Recommend technology-enabled improvements by identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Interpret and analyze business needs, translating them into project plans, requirements, and user stories.
- Perform data analysis, including pivot tables, lookups, trend analysis, and modeling.
- Interpret ETL processes and data flows to validate business logic and data transformations.
- Support end users through training and individualized technical assistance.
