- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural global team.
- Executive presence with the ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Learning agile with the ability to navigate highly matrixed environments.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on AI services and related broader services markets.
- Develop quantitative insights and forecasts based on market dynamics and buyer behavior.
- Create thought-provoking, actionable must-have research content for C-level leaders.
- Engage with clients via virtual and in-person meetings, conferences, and sales support visits.
- Mentor and coach more junior team members within the analyst practice.
- Provide high-quality and timely peer review for team content.
- Represent Gartner research methodology and strategies at industry events.
