Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
- Proven software engineering leadership experience, having led large-scale, multi-team software delivery organizations.
- Deep expertise in software engineering strategy and value measurement for AI, including metrics and ROI evaluation.
- Hands-on expertise in AI-native software development, including SDLC AI integration.
- Demonstrate executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives.
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Deep knowledge of the global software competitive landscape.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a multicultural global team.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content.
- Develop in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of client barriers and reframe thinking to drive strategy.
- Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts to provide actionable insights.
- Provide actionable advice to clients and prospects via virtual or face-to-face interactions.
- Deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
- Provide sales support and act as the voice of the market to drive engagement.
- Perform high-quality content peer review and mentor junior team members.
