Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering or platform teams.
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing organizations.
- Experience building internal platforms, developer platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Strong technical understanding of modern AI systems including LLMs, retrieval-based systems, and orchestration patterns.
- Demonstrated success designing and operating secure, production-grade systems with strong governance.
- Experience integrating software platforms with enterprise systems of record (CRM, HR, ERP, etc.).
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience establishing standards and processes for responsible technology adoption.
- Executive presence and ability to communicate technical concepts to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with security, privacy, and governance considerations related to AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of internal AI transformation agenda.
- Build and scale a centralized AI platform for internal workflows, copilots, and agents.
- Drive integration of AI capabilities into enterprise systems and systems of record like CRM and support platforms.
- Establish the technical and operating model, including platform standards, governance, security, and observability.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership in Security, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Engineering.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact internal use cases to improve productivity and cycle times.
- Define standards for model access, prompt management, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers focused on AI platforms and transformation.
- Create enablement programs and playbooks to support responsible AI adoption.
- Measure and communicate impact to executives through KPIs such as adoption and efficiency gains.
