Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Salesforce Administration, or GTM Engineering within B2B SaaS.
- Advanced hands-on Salesforce administration expertise (Flows, automation, permissions, integrations, data architecture).
- Advanced hands-on HubSpot administration expertise (workflows, lead scoring, campaign infrastructure).
- Proven ability to manage integrations and data synchronization between Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end B2B SaaS GTM lifecycle.
- Experience with GTM data enrichment, governance, deduplication, and CRM data management.
- Proficiency building scalable workflow automation using native platforms and tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Experience administering or integrating Customer Success platforms.
- Experience applying AI and automation to solve business-critical GTM workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues and own initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong communication and partnership skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical owner and administrator of Salesforce, including architecture, flows, automation, and system governance.
- Manage the broader GTM technology ecosystem, including integrations and data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and other applications.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to translate GTM strategy into scalable technical solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Own the technical infrastructure for GTM data quality, enrichment, and orchestration.
- Identify, design, and implement AI-powered workflows to improve GTM productivity and operational efficiency.
- Establish monitoring and controls to proactively identify integration failures, data issues, and system risks.
