Requirements
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or related roles.
- Experience owning and optimizing GTM systems and business processes in a high-growth technology company.
- Experience defining architecture, governance, and operating design across the commercial tech stack.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through implementation.
- Experience partnering directly with and influencing Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Experience identifying and implementing AI-powered workflows for prospecting, qualification, and forecasting.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (or equivalent hands-on expertise).
Responsibilities
- Own the GTM systems roadmap and personally design, configure, and implement scalable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions across the GTM technology stack.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through implementation and adoption.
- Establish scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, Finance, Product, and RevOps leaders to align strategy with systems design.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce and other GTM technologies, including building automations and workflows.
