Requirements
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or related roles.
- Proven experience owning and optimizing GTM systems and processes in a high-growth technology company.
- Experience defining architecture, governance, and operating design across the commercial tech stack.
- Track record leading cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through implementation.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (or equivalent hands-on expertise).
- Experience identifying and implementing AI-powered workflows for sales and operations.
- Ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Deep understanding of how people, processes, data, and technology interact across the revenue lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own the GTM systems roadmap and design, configure, and implement scalable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions across the GTM technology stack.
- Establish design standards, governance, and automation to reduce manual work and improve speed.
- Establish scalable reporting frameworks and actionable dashboards for executive decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, Finance, Product, and RevOps leaders to align strategy with technology execution.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce and other GTM technologies, workflows, and integrations.
