Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience building or operating AI/ML applications and LLM agentic workflows.
- 1–5 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with LLM APIs such as Anthropic and OpenAI.
- Strong skills in prompt engineering and basic Python programming.
- Experience with modern automation and data tools including Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, Salesforce, and Marketo.
- Familiarity with Claude Code, MCP connectors, and webhooks.
- Knowledge of email deliverability dynamics (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and compliance standards (CAN-SPAM/GDPR).
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile mindset with the ability to quickly master new agentic frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain intelligent AI agents across the customer lifecycle including campaign ideation, audience discovery, and competitive intelligence.
- Manage daily outbound execution tasks including prospect list generation, waterfall enrichment, sequencing, and meeting hand-offs.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines and prompt templates using frameworks like Claude Code and MCP connectors.
- Maintain production guardrails including PII protection, content filtering, and email deliverability infrastructure.
- Monitor performance metrics such as pipeline generation, conversion rates, and AE time saved to optimize system workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to translate operational pain points into actionable AI initiatives.
