Requirements
- 3+ years in product engineering or forward-deployed engineering.
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
- Demonstrated track record of turning ambiguous problems into functional production systems.
- Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based systems.
- Proficiency in managing AI system production concerns including evals, regressions, latency, cost, and failure handling.
Responsibilities
- Decide and build the AI product roadmap.
- Partner with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation.
- Evaluate and prototype emerging AI technology like voicebots and computer-use agents.
- Design evaluation frameworks and guardrails, managing tradeoffs between latency, cost, and accuracy.
- Set the technical bar for chatbot systems and ensure architectural scalability.
- Build new automations for record disputes, email/callout reduction, and document validation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate domain knowledge into functional systems.
