Requirements
- 3+ years in product engineering or forward deployed engineering.
- Proven track record in early-stage startup environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based systems into production.
- Proficiency with evaluation design, including regression and failure handling.
- Experience managing system tradeoffs regarding latency, cost, and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of interface design and system architecture.
- Ability to work with ambiguous problems and turn them into scalable systems.
- Experience keeping architecture sound during periods of high-volume growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for AI initiatives.
- Partner with OpenAI to deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation.
- Prototype emerging AI technologies like voicebots and computer-use agents.
- Design evaluation frameworks and guardrails to manage latency, cost, and accuracy in production.
- Architect sound chatbot systems and guide prompt engineering team developments.
- Build automations for document validation, record disputes, and communication reduction.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate domain knowledge into AI systems.
