Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of EDI protocols, standards, and best practices.
- Specific expertise in ANSI X12 834 transactions.
- Familiarity with JSON.
- Ability to read and understand Python or a comparable scripting language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality and accuracy.
- Resourceful self-starter with exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and an ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience in HR tech, group benefits, health insurance, or a B2B SaaS domain (preferred).
- Prior experience managing data integrations during peak Open Enrollment periods (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain EDI carrier templates to facilitate seamless electronic data interchange between Noyo and carrier partners.
- Manage the end-to-end process of EDI implementations, including file configuration, testing coordination, and facilitating all related correspondence with external partners.
- Maintain active data connections to ensure enrollment changes and updates are processed timely and accurately.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality resolutions to customer requests and data issues.
- Triage file and data transmission errors while partnering with Product and Engineering on long-term automated solutions.
- Identify and analyze operational trends to advocate for process and product improvements that drive automation and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and cross-functional workflows alongside Product and Customer Experience teams.
