Requirements
- Experience administering enterprise SaaS and identity platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, or Entra).
- Familiarity with SSO, SAML, SCIM, DNS, and certificate management.
- Hands-on experience with Zero Trust architecture, ZTNA, or Secure Web Gateways (Cloudflare, Zscaler, Netskope, or Tailscale).
- Proven ability to write code for automation using Python, Apps Script, or similar languages.
- Experience working with REST APIs to build internal tools.
- Background in managing macOS at scale, including zero-touch provisioning and compliance.
- Experience in service operations, incident management, and documentation.
- Knowledge of security and infrastructure fundamentals including endpoint hardening and identity security.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate technology, including identity, endpoints, and SaaS administration.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, Apps Script, and orchestration tools.
- Operate and improve Cloudflare Zero Trust environments, including ZTNA, DNS filtering, and identity-aware access policies.
- Define and manage service operations practices such as incident, problem, and change management.
- Maintain endpoint compliance, fleet health, and monitoring for a mostly macOS and ChromeOS environment.
- Deploy security controls and harden endpoints as part of operational engineering.
