Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in subcontractor/vendor/partner management, IT services operations, or procurement.
- Working knowledge of SOWs, fixed-price and time-and-materials delivery, and project financials.
- Experience with partner onboarding, compliance administration, scorecards, and QBRs.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting.
- Experience with CRM, PSA/project-management, and ERP systems.
- Proven ability to translate operational-risk and performance data into practical recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across time zones to support US-based teams.
- Knowledge of supplier segmentation, strategic sourcing, and process mapping.
Responsibilities
- Execute subcontractor-partner lifecycle management from sourcing and qualification to performance monitoring and requalification.
- Maintain consolidated partner databases and ensure data accuracy across systems of record.
- Administer quote solicitations, bid normalization, and selection documentation.
- Coordinate contract/SPA and SOW reviews, approvals, and engagement setup.
- Monitor engagement health, maintain scorecards, and track project RAG status.
- Manage corrective action processes, including tracking rework, margin erosion, and delivery failures.
- Lead recurring QBRs and cross-functional governance meetings with PMO, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Identify security risks, escalate to leadership, and complete mandatory security training.
