Requirements
- Genuine passion for animal rescue, dogs, and technology.
- Direct experience in animal rescue as staff, volunteer, or partner.
- Strong sales and presentation ability for pitching leadership, hosting webinars, and event booth work.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track pipeline and conversion data.
- Proficiency in learning and using new tools including CRM, AI tools, and internal systems.
- Ability to teach non-technical partners how to use system tools.
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and build target lists to recruit shelters and rescue organizations nationwide.
- Conduct discovery and pitch calls to demonstrate the value of Fi's GPS trackers and microchips.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from sign-up to device deployment and team training.
- Host recurring webinars to convert interested rescues into active partners at scale.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and adoption events.
- Maintain CRM data, forecast performance metrics, and report on recruitment and adoption velocity.
- Provide feedback from the rescue community to product and operations teams to improve the program.
