Requirements
- 8+ years of agency account management experience.
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience.
- BA/BS degree.
- Deep understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry and new product launches.
- Proven experience leading digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong background in digital omni-channel strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and agency partners effectively.
- Marketing acumen in leading integrated teams for brand planning and budget development.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Hands-on proficiency with PowerPoint for developing and delivering presentations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships.
- Facilitate and manage client sessions and meetings independently.
- Lead agency teams in developing multichannel marketing strategies and annual brand planning.
- Define new work scopes and document Statements of Work (SOW) with delivery teams.
- Manage account financial health, including revenue projections, project profit margins, and invoicing.
- Identify growth opportunities on assigned businesses.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external media/vendor partners.
- Solve complex problems and resolve conflict situations to drive team consensus.
