Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, treasury, finance, or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial controls.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate root causes of discrepancies.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple processes and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate cross-functional teams.
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Experience with billing or platform funding processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including analyzing large data sets.
- Experience in both private and public company environments preferred.
- Experience supporting annual audits preferred.
- CPA, CTP, or MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate platform activity such as creator payments, customer funding, and campaign transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries related to platform activity and customer funds.
- Perform reconciliations for creator payments and customer accounts in NetSuite.
- Maintain and validate financial and operational data across Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Support creator payout forecasting and cash management processes.
- Identify and implement improvements for treasury operations, accounting controls, and financial reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and resolve funding, payment, and transaction issues.
