Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, treasury, finance, or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial controls.
- Proficiency with NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliations.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple processes, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with billing or platform funding processes.
- CPA, CTP, or MBA preferred.
- Experience working in private/public companies or supporting annual audits preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate platform activity, including creator payments, platform increases, and customer funding.
- Prepare and post journal entries related to platform activity and customer funds.
- Perform key platform-related reconciliations and investigate variances in NetSuite.
- Research and resolve funding, payment, and transaction issues with cross-functional teams.
- Support creator payout forecasting and cash management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline treasury and accounting processes through automation and AI tools.
