Requirements
- Experience with macOS, Windows 11, and Linux distros.
- Experience with Okta SAML, GitHub, Slack, Google G Suite, Jamf, Zoom, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience in a fast-paced IT organization prioritizing security and automation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as bash (Node.js or Python is a plus).
- Experience configuring and maintaining small office networking products.
- Familiarity with Agile project management frameworks.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently as a regional operator in a distributed team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on 'secure by default' practices.
Responsibilities
- Own secure configuration, provisioning, and lifecycle management of identity and access across Okta, AWS, GitHub, Google Cloud, and G Suite.
- Manage and secure endpoint fleet (macOS/Windows/Linux) via MDM including compliance baselines and automated deployment.
- Oversee in-office LAN, WiFi, audio-visual, conferencing, and computing systems.
- Mine ticket trends to build automation and self-service tooling, partnering with the help desk to reduce escalations.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for help desk issues.
- Support new hire onboarding and employee IT lifecycle management.
- Partner with Security on audit readiness for owned systems.
- Participate in weekly sprints and IT projects.
