Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience administering large deployments of Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- 2 years of experience in Atlassian Cloud architecture (scalability, security, and integrations).
- 2 years of Atlassian Governance Model experience.
- 5 years of Confluence space administration experience.
- 5 years of Jira project and workflow administration experience.
- 2 years of experience using/extending Atlassian REST API services.
- 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps and Mural administration.
- Ability to manage user groups, roles, and permissions effectively.
- Strong technical expertise in plugin installation and third-party application management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and administration of ICF’s Atlassian Enterprise Cloud environment.
- Administer multiple business-critical instances of Jira, Confluence, Access, and various plugin applications.
- Develop and support Jira integrations with ServiceNow, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
- Define and enforce Atlassian governance processes and best practices.
- Manage licensing, reports for cost recovery, and plugin evaluation.
- Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, screen schemes, and permission structures.
- Administer Atlassian Access for SSO and account management.
- Provide end-user training and support for Azure DevOps and Mural.
