Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a legal administrative, contract administration, or business affairs role.
- Experience working in entertainment, media, talent agencies, production companies, or creator economy environments.
- Strong understanding of contract structures, legal terminology, and contract law basics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple agreements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency with electronic signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Support the full lifecycle of contracts, including intake, tracking, revisions, signatures, and storage.
- Maintain and organize talent agreements, brand partnership contracts, NDAs, and licensing agreements.
- Track contract milestones and deliverables across talent management teams.
- Coordinate signature workflows using digital signature platforms like DocuSign or Dropbox Sign.
- Maintain the Lumi legal contract repository and documentation systems.
- Assist with redlining agreements and implementing revisions.
- Coordinate with external counsel on contractual issues and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve legal workflows and contract management processes.
