Requirements
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in business development, customer success, account management, or partnership roles.
- Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, including client acquisition and account expansion.
- Must possess specific experience in title insurance sales within the state of California.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling, tailored product- and solution-based presentations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools, including HubSpot, Google Workspace, and OpenPhone.
- Familiarity with title and escrow systems such as Qualia.
- Ability to travel quarterly within assigned joint venture territories by car and plane.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and performance for Realtor and joint venture partnerships.
- Develop and execute client-specific business plans with clear objectives and KPIs in collaboration with leadership.
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, virtual engagement, and in-person networking events.
- Qualify opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships via consultative selling.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals through disciplined daily activity and pipeline management.
- Track all activities and results accurately within the company CRM.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and title and escrow products to advise clients.
