Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in business development, customer success, account management, or partnership-focused roles.
- Proven success in B2B or enterprise sales with new client acquisition.
- Experience in title and escrow services is strongly preferred.
- Title insurance sales experience in the requested state/region is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling product- and solution-based presentations.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and title and escrow systems like Qualia.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
- Must be based in the U.S. and located within the state of California.
- Ability to travel quarterly within assigned joint venture territories.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and success of Realtor and joint venture partnerships.
- Develop and execute client-specific business plans, objectives, and KPIs in collaboration with leadership.
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, virtual engagement, and in-person networking.
- Qualify opportunities and convert leads into trusted partnerships through consultative selling.
- Maintain accurate tracking of activities, pipeline, and results within the CRM.
- Represent the company at industry functions and networking events to expand referral opportunities.
- Advise clients on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and title and escrow products.
