Requirements
- 3–7 years of professional experience in IT engineering, internal platform engineering, or infrastructure.
- Deep hands-on experience with Okta or comparable enterprise IdP (e.g., Azure AD/Entra ID).
- Strong Google Workspace administration skills (domain management, email security, DLP, Vault).
- Experience managing macOS/iOS and Windows fleets at scale using MDM tools (Jamf, Intune).
- Familiarity with at least one SIEM platform (Elastic, Splunk, Datadog) and one EDR solution (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).
- Proficiency in automation scripting (Python, Bash) and working with APIs.
- Solid understanding of network/security fundamentals (OAuth 2.0/OIDC, SAML, DKIM/DMARC/SPF, zero-trust).
- Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into practical engineering controls.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and remote collaboration.
- Cyber security-minded approach to platform engineering.
Responsibilities
- Administer and engineer Okta as the central identity provider including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and MFA policies.
- Manage Google Workspace administration including email security, shared drives, and DLP rules.
- Deploy and operate a centralised LLM gateway for governed AI access.
- Manage endpoint fleets via Jamf Pro and Intune for patching, deployment, and security enforcement.
- Integrate and maintain EDR and SIEM platforms for endpoint and SaaS visibility.
- Operate and improve compliance automation tooling for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness.
- Manage secrets and credential distribution using HashiCorp Vault.
- Administer enterprise SaaS platforms like Slack, Atlassian, Notion, and GitHub.
- Build workflow automations using Tines, Workato, or Okta Workflows.
