Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in cloud security, infrastructure security engineering, or related discipline.
- Proven experience securing large-scale distributed platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud security architecture and experience securing Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Experience designing security models for multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with IAM, authentication, authorization systems, PKI, key management, and certificates.
- Solid knowledge of datacenter and distributed-network security, including segmentation, encryption, and zero-trust principles.
- Experience with SIEM platforms, telemetry, vulnerability management, and incident investigation.
- Strong ability to develop security automation and operational tooling using Python and/or Go.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Wazuh, Snort, TheHive, Cortex, HashiCorp Vault, HashiCorp Boundary, Tailscale, Authentik, or Keycloak.
- Advantageous: Experience with EVPN/VXLAN, VRF, RDMA, or InfiniBand networking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate complex issues.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement zero-trust security architecture, identity-aware access controls, and least-privilege models across infrastructure and control planes.
- Build secure authentication and authorization systems, including IAM integrations, PKI, and key management for multi-tenant environments.
- Secure Kubernetes clusters, container runtimes, virtualization, and underlying cloud infrastructure components.
- Implement network security controls including segmentation, tenant isolation, and zero-trust networking for high-performance RDMA and InfiniBand environments.
- Develop security automation for vulnerability triage, incident response, and integration between security and operational systems.
- Support security monitoring and incident response by investigating alerts and improving detection coverage.
- Establish automated patch and vulnerability management strategies across OS, kernels, and container runtimes.
- Build security telemetry pipelines and improve SIEM signal quality.
- Develop AI-assisted security workflows for event correlation and alert triage.
- Contribute to security governance, compliance metrics, and platform security posture validation.
