Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering GoHighLevel or comparable CRM (HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign).
- Deep understanding of workflow-level automation (triggers, conditions, edge cases).
- Proven experience with integrations including webhooks, APIs, Zapier, or Make.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting instincts to trace issues to the root cause.
- Ability to manage multiple client sub-accounts simultaneously.
- Clear written English skills for documentation and communication.
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
- Availability for 4+ hours of overlap with U.S. Pacific business hours (9am–5pm PT).
- Willingness to complete a mandatory, paid one-week certification training program.
- Experience with A2P 10DLC, email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), or HTML/CSS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, and automations.
- Configure integrations including webhooks, Zapier, Make, and third-party tracking tools.
- Diagnose and document fixes for broken workflows, routing errors, and data issues.
- Manage platform setup tasks like A2P 10DLC registration, domain/email config, and phone provisioning.
- Write and maintain SOPs to ensure repeatable, standardized account builds.
- Build dashboards and reporting views to provide visibility to clients and the team.
- Onboard new client accounts from blank sub-accounts to fully operational.
