Requirements
- Native-level English writing and editing skills.
- Deep familiarity with U.S. fashion, beauty, and outdoor-lifestyle brands.
- Strong experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, personalization).
- Experience with Shopify.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous work for fashion, lifestyle, or beauty brands.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and act on KPIs.
- Ability to work part-time during European hours, with core availability Monday-Friday 2 PM - 6 PM CET.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including flows, segmentation, and A/B testing in Klaviyo.
- Leverage AI tools for copy generation, performance analysis, and campaign brainstorming.
- Optimize campaign performance to increase click-through rates, conversions, and retention.
- Adapt brand tone and design direction to resonate with target consumers.
- Collaborate across media and creative functions to deliver effective email content.
