Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in full-time customer success, implementation, or sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Availability to work scheduled shifts: Monday - Friday 11am-8pm PST.
- Proven success in developing new customer relationships and exceeding success metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and prompt attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship during the initial onboarding phase, including account activation, product adoption, and value delivery.
- Serve as the dedicated primary resource for customers to ensure a seamless transition from the sales experience.
- Reinforce product value to build customer confidence and drive early adoption.
- Communicate client feedback and trends effectively across internal teams like Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Partner with Account Managers to mitigate risk and support long-term growth.
- Provide consultative guidance to nurture customers toward advocacy.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify improvement opportunities for the customer experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with deep product knowledge.
