Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- 3+ years in a client marketing, customer marketing, or customer advocacy role.
- Proven experience managing or contributing to a Client Advisory Board (CAB).
- Track record of running Voice of the Customer (VoC) and/or NPS programs.
- Experience producing client case studies, testimonials, and customer advocacy content.
- Hands-on experience with win/loss analysis including interview design and synthesis.
- Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple programs simultaneously.
- Exceptional storytelling and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for senior stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence for building trust with executive-level clients.
- Travel required for events, client visits, and industry conferences.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Andela’s client marketing strategy to strengthen relationships and increase net revenue retention.
- Design and manage the Client Advisory Board (CAB), fostering strategic dialogue between leadership and clients.
- Lead end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VoC) and NPS programs, delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Direct the win/loss analysis program to inform strategy, competitive positioning, and sales improvement.
- Build a robust library of client testimonials, case studies, and success stories for cross-channel marketing.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to ensure client perspectives drive positioning and GTM strategy.
