Requirements

- Specific experience supporting the US market.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training.
- Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques including X-Ray and Advanced Boolean search.
- Strong research and market analysis skills.
- Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Experience sourcing for pharmaceutical sales, R&D, or life sciences is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts.
- Review and post job advertisements on specialized boards and manage candidate applications.
- Utilize online platforms, social media, and networking to identify candidates for niche roles.
- Implement targeted attraction strategies including cold calling and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach and networking events.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Review resumes and conduct pre-screening to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Share market and candidate insights with hiring groups to consult on strategies.
