- Fundamental understanding of technical job roles to identify qualified candidates.
- Excellent written English communication skills for professional outreach.
- Comfortable conducting initial phone or video screening conversations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.
- Capability to maintain accurate tracking and records of candidate interactions.
Responsibilities
- Identify technical professionals including engineers, product managers, and data scientists using AI sourcing tools.
- Build comprehensive candidate lists through multi-channel sourcing methods.
- Draft engaging outreach messages and conduct initial conversations with prospective candidates.
- Research companies and teams to analyze the competitive landscape and identify talent.
- Create and manage diverse candidate pipelines for client hiring needs.
- Perform brief phone or video screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
- Test and iterate on sourcing strategies and messaging to improve response rates.
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to define role requirements and build inclusive teams.
