Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate.
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive learner comfortable with data and software tools.
- Eagerness to master AI technologies.
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
- Availability between 8am - 5pm, MST/PST preferred.
- Must possess a personal computer and reliable high-speed internet.
- Collaborative and self-motivated mindset.
Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding to master partnership tools and team workflows.
- Support partner programs by maintaining accurate databases and performing organizational tasks.
- Utilize AI tools to produce project deliverables such as reports and communications drafts.
- Improve internal documentation, resources, and workflows.
- Provide data analysis through reports and presentations.
- Manage and maintain accurate partner databases.
- Take ownership of specific data or project management initiatives.
- Support the launch of new partner programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support partner enablement and operations.
