Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in account management, client success, client partnerships, healthcare consulting, or another strategic client-facing role.
- Experience managing a portfolio of complex business-to-business clients; healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, data, or professional services experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated success building relationships with executive, operational, technical, and procurement stakeholders.
- Strong strategic account-management capabilities, including account planning, stakeholder mapping, business reviews, client health assessment, and risk mitigation.
- Experience driving client adoption, retention, renewals, value realization, and growth.
- Ability to identify client needs, whitespace, and qualified expansion opportunities and connect products and services to client business objectives.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating complex client initiatives without direct authority.
- Ability to synthesize client, product, operational, and performance data into insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to lead strategic client discussions and executive business reviews.
- Experience working with health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare administrative solutions is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with provider data, credentialing, directory management, network management, or coordination of benefits is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of healthcare clients as the primary relationship owner and strategic partner.
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans covering client priorities, stakeholder relationships, adoption, risks, opportunities, and success outcomes.
- Define, track, and communicate measures of client success and the value of DataSpring solutions.
- Drive adoption and effective utilization of products and services, addressing barriers to adoption and value realization.
- Monitor account health, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and lead renewal readiness with internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand client value and communicate qualified growth opportunities to commercial partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional account teams and lead the resolution of significant client issues, risks, and escalations.
- Maintain accurate account plans, engagement activity, health status, risks, opportunities, stakeholder relationships, and renewal information in Salesforce.
- Share client trends and market intelligence and contribute to Client Partnerships playbooks, processes, reporting, and best practices.
